There is always a new series that comes out that I want to read but I can’t find the time to read all of them, duh. These are just a few of the ones that I can’t seem to forget about and still haven’t been able to start or finish them.
I’ve also gotten some inspiration to start writing again and I really love the idea that I have now but I’m not entirely sure how much I’ll actually write about it. Which sucks but hopefully I’ll get a decent amount of it written because it has a really interesting premise.
1. A Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Lani Taylor
I read the first book and I really enjoyed it but I just never picked up the second book and so now I yearn to finish the amazing trilogy. I’ll have to re-read the first book though because I don’t remember too much of what happened.
2. The Witchlands series by Susan Dennard
I bought the first book in this series sometime towards the end of January because I’ve seen this book everywhere. I need to read it. It looks so so so good. I’m sad that I haven’t got to it yet, but I will, I promise.
3. The Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen
I bought this book forever ago and I’m so mad that I haven’t gotten to read it yet. It sits on my bookshelf taunting me but I just haven’t had the time to focus on a new fantasy novel. I will definitely start this book soon, if not in the coming months then definitely in the summer.
4. A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab
These books have been on my TBR for so long and I’ve almost bought them so many times that I just can’t believe that I still haven’t read them. I need too, I know and I will. Soon I will buy them and then hopefully I will read them.
5. Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes
I bought the first book in this series so that I would have no reason not to start reading it but, surprise surprise, I still haven’t. It makes me sad but I’m still excited to read this book, whenever I get around to it that is.
